ScottJuly 24, 2026If you don’t read my entire review, just read this: Isha saved us so much time and headaches with our estate planning. She has been amazing to work with. Quick, responsive, personable and professional. Here’s my full review: About 7 years ago I called different lawyers here in the valley to help my family update their estate planning documents. We didn’t find anyone that we wanted to work with, and my family ultimately decided to update their documents themselves with software on the computer. It took them a year to complete it all. Recently I went to look at their documents, and realized we needed professional help to get everything corrected and organized. It was a mess. The search for a new lawyer began. Recalling my negative experience from 7 years ago speaking with different lawyers here in the valley who were either rude or dismissive, I reluctantly began my search. I looked for a long time, reading reviews online as well as looking at websites. Isha’s website and social media stood out to me. She seemed personable, friendly and articulated well. This was going to be important for my family who are older. So I called and made an appointment and I’m glad I did. Isha has been wonderful to work with. She was able to fix my family’s estate planning problems and approached them in a very caring way to make them comfortable, especially during conversations that aren’t the most positive (end of life). They have loved working with her. The most amazing part of all of this was how quick we were able to get everything done. I thought this was going to take months to complete. Instead, we got it done within like a week and a half. First was the initial consult followed by the signing of the documents. I couldn’t be happier with that. My family was happy too as they also thought this was going to take a long time. Isha has saved us so much time and headaches. As far as scheduling goes, her receptionist is friendly and was quick to answer the phone. I was able to get an apportionment that worked with my schedule. I also like that they remind you multiple times before your appointment. Her office has lots of parking out front and it’s very easy to get to. I highly recommend working with her.+1

I left a message for this law office about updating a living trust for someone who had just entered hospice. I let them know we needed this done ASAP. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. While I can not review Ishajeet Kakkar on her competency as a lawyer, I can make it known that her firm has a lot to learn about basic human decency. I would've fully understood if they were too busy, or whatever reason they wanted to give, but ignoring the message, considering the circumstances, is no way to treat people or conduct business.
